Classification: Full-time, Exempt

 

Summary / Job Objective: The Client Success Associate will be the dedicated point of contact for newly transitioning producers, ensuring their onboarding, registration, and business transition to Simplicity Investments is seamless. This role bridges producers, internal teams, and carrier partners to drive positive first experience and long-term success.

 

Primary Responsibilities:  

· Advisor Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding journey, from pre-hire demonstrations through registration, fingerprints, and compliance approval.

· Transition Support: Coordinate with Accounts, Registrations, and Compliance to facilitate re-contracting with carriers, change-of-dealer paperwork, and new client account setups.

· Relationship Management: Serve as the “go-to” contact for producers, providing timely updates, anticipating needs, and proactively resolving issues.

· Process Tracking: Maintain oversight of advisor progress using the TLG checklist & timeline; escalate bottlenecks to keep everything on schedule.

· Resource Guidance: Help producers navigate new technology and ensure they understand paperwork requirements and submission processes.

· Internal Liaison: Work closely with Compliance, Accounts, Registrations, and Compensation teams to ensure smooth communication across all departments.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field strongly preferred

· 1–3 years in financial services operations, client success, or onboarding 

· Familiar with broker-dealers and a general understanding of the securities industry

· Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both our reps and internal stakeholders

· Clear, confident communicator — comfortable managing relationships in-person, by phone, email, and video calls.

· Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple producers and timelines simultaneously.

· Problem-solver who takes initiative to keep producers supported and processes moving.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

• Salary: $60,000 - $65,000; exempt
• Annual performance bonus: 5%
