We have openings currently for both plaintiff and defense med mal attorneys. Can work remote, but will go to occasional court meetings. The successful candidate will have previously managed a full caseload of Medical Malpractice. Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions Attend in-person and virtual court appearances Analyze and summarize medical or other case related records and highlight important information Required Recent med mal experience #J-18808-Ljbffr PinnacleConnect LLC
