STRONG Pilates is a high-intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines rowing and biking with Pilates-inspired movements, utilizing an innovative Rowformer and Bikeformer machine.

Unlike regular pilates, the Rowformer and Bikeformer allows for elevated heart rate by using the row and bike side, then transitioning back to the Pilates side. The increased intensity results in a substantial calorie burn helping the consumer burn body fat while also receiving the benefits of Pilates.

With over 120 locations globally, STRONG Pilates blends pilates, strength and cardio into one membership and workout. STRONG Pilates is fastly growing in the US and globally.

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & People leader to lead future STRONG locations in Central New Jersey. The Studio Leader will oversee all aspects of STRONG’s studio construction, operations, people and culture and performance. This includes overseeing and driving revenue, sales, studio operations, customer experience, and community impact.

The ideal candidate is a leader in sales and customer-obsessed, with tremendous leadership skills. They have experience in selling themselves, coaching salespeople, sales team management, customer service training, marketing, lead generation, leadership and always leading by example.

YES! You will be trained in the STRONG pilates coaching curriculum.

Here are some of the things you'll do:

• Lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Organize the sales function of the studio around hundreds of members and thousands of leads regularly.
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions to optimize studio performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention.
• Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with STRONG’s values.
• Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

You will be evaluated on the following metrics. Surpassing these metrics successfully for a calendar year will open growth opportunities.

• Studio Performance (revenue, expense & EBITDA)
• Team member retention and satisfaction
• Achieving & surpassing new member monthly goals
• Achieving revenue goals
• Successful secret shopper visit scores
• Listen 360 and team member culture scores

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Work Space and Excel
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• 2+ years in sales
• 1+ year in management
• Bachelors in a plus, but not required
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
• A Growth Mindset and operates in a state of open mindedness

This role will be located at one of our locations between Union and Morris County, candidates must be able and capable to travel between these areas..

Pay: $58,000.00 per year + Commissions + Performance Bonus OTE $70k+
