Epex Home and SolarWorks Energy are growing home improvement and energy companies based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We help homeowners improve their homes through solar energy systems, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and replacement windows.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-activity sales role focused on outbound phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication with new leads, past customers, stale proposals, event leads, and online inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Follow up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
- Follow up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
- Identify opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Send text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.

The right person for this role is persistent, motivated, and not easily discouraged. They are comfortable relentlessly working the phones, sending follow-up messages, and creating opportunities for the sales team. They communicate well, stay organized, and understand that consistent activity creates results.
