A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a Senior Strategist Commerce Media to provide hands-on support across retail media and DSP campaigns for established consumer brands.
This role will step into existing campaign strategies and focus primarily on execution monitoring optimization and performance management across Amazon DSP and Walmart Connect. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on comfortable working independently and able to quickly assess campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Build manage and optimize Amazon DSP and Walmart Connect/DSS campaigns
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance and make mid-flight optimizations across bids audiences targeting and creative
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Make optimization recommendations based on performance trends business objectives and changing priorities
• Work within established commerce media strategies while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilize retail media management platforms such as Pacvue or Skai
• Collaborate closely with Commerce Media Operations Search and DSP teams
• Support reporting and communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations
• Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams in a fast-paced agency environment
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commerce media retail media paid eCommerce programmatic media or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Amazon DSP campaigns
• Experience with Walmart Connect / Walmart DSS
• Hands-on experience with Pacvue or Skai
• Experience supporting CPG retail or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization pacing audience strategy performance measurement and ROAS
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable campaign changes
• Comfortable inheriting existing campaigns and working independently with minimal ramp-up
• Agency experience preferred; brand-side candidates with direct hands-on retail media execution experience will also be considered
• Strong communication collaboration organization and time-management skills
