Property Director

Now Hiring: Property Director Newbury Living | Full-Time | Exempt Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area. Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this high-impact role, you’ll: Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance Improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement Monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency Identify operational challenges and develop solutions Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards We’re looking for someone who is: A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence. Is familiar with the Denver metro apartment market Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms Has a passion for leasing, resident retention and team development Passionate about making a difference in communities Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
