Join a dedicated group of professionals and apply today!Responsibilities:Create and maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective vendorsEstimate cost parameters and budgets for purchasesReview and analyze all suppliers and pricing optionsReconcile financial transactionsCoordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate general ledger entriesCommunicate with field operators on new and current projectsWork with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as neededProcess quote and order requests from ticketing system (ServiceNOW)Process and reconcile invoices against open purchase ordersUpdate asset inventory as orders are invoicedProcess non-PO invoices and log in budget trackerAdd license purchases to SAMQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred1-3 years of experienceMust have ability to work independently with a high level of organizationStrong communication and managerial skills are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelDemonstrate expertise in drafting and analyzing mass amounts of financial data, business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and contract termsBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
