Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Facilitate social activities and promote resident engagement within the community. Deliver meals to residents as needed. Follow facility policies and procedures. Abide by infection control guidelines. Interact with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis.
