Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in an outpatient setting at a highly regarded continuing care community in Newton, NC.

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
  
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina (or eligible)
  
• Strong clinical and communication skills
  
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care
  
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
