Business Process Analysis (Experienced and Senior)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Analyst(Experienced or Senior) to support the EMC Operations Support team in Everett, WA.Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Experienced and Senior Engineers.Position Responsibilities: Familiar with Manufacturing, Equipment, & Tooling, processesUtilizes LSCC SAT System & BVC Project Data to write business processes & perform analysisPerforms work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignmentMaintain & manage equipment lifecycle status integrated across multiple sitesMonitor delivery schedules and reassign GSE to prevent production disruptionsPartner with program to create long-range equipment planning and develop LRBP forecastsCoordinate with internal equipment service team for equipment statusEnd-to-end project management/support for site and equipment deliverables (scope, schedule, resources, risks, closeout)Use project management tools to track milestones, escalate issues, and complete handoversBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Willingness/ability to work holidays and weekends as neededSome flexibility with shift times might be requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused; presentation experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience with Data analysis and/or data miningMinimum 3 years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with data mining & dashboard creationManufacturing ExperienceExperience with project management tools/methods (e.g., MS Project, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.)Equipment & Tooling ExperienceProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationExperience leading/managing without influenceWork cross-functionallyExperience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (BPS)Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
