What You’ll Do: The Multimedia Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Multimedia Marketing Coordinator with executing high-quality video production, photography, and multimedia initiatives to enhance awareness of Royal Credit Union's products, services, brand, and mission across all multimedia channels. The Multimedia Marketing Intern is seeking to grow their skills in every stage of multimedia production, including the technical aspects of photography, videography, audio production, animation, and graphic creation. The Multimedia Marketing Intern helps maintain a clear message and consistent brand image across all media. Our Commitment To You: Compensation: $17.85 - 19.98 per hour (candidates with significant related experience may be higher) What’s Needed For This Position: Enrolled in a University or Technical College pursuing a degree in Film/Video Production, Marketing, Entertainment Design, Multimedia, Videography, or similar field. Must be bondable Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office products Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with a team Familiarity with digital tools and eagerness to explore new technologies and design trends What We’d Love To See: Experience with script writing and storyboarding. Experience with photography, videography, and video production. Experience with Adobe Audition. Intern Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Create multimedia content including photography, video, audio, animation, and graphics that align with Royal’s brand and marketing strategies. Manage full content lifecycle from ideation and storyboarding to production, editing, and distribution across platforms. Support multimedia projects by coordinating logistics, scheduling shoots, and occasionally traveling to locations in WI and MN for events and testimonials. Utilize multimedia tools and software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, etc.) and manage production equipment. Assist with asset management and reporting, including organizing digital files, managing vendor relationships, generating QR codes, and analyzing multimedia performance metrics. Work Schedule: Working approximately 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 35-40 hours/week during the summer. Generally working variable hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday based on class schedule. Must be able to work onsite at the Royal Credit Union Corporate Center throughout the school year and during breaks. This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible, position that will go from May 2027 - May 2028. Must be able to commit to the 12 month internship. Training: Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
