About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead client work across lifestyle and CPG brands, with a specific focus on those that intersect with sports, entertainment, and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading high-profile, integrated activations that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. This role involves leading large, complex pieces of business, overseeing multiple workstreams and teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The VP will be expected to build and strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for business growth, and ensure that the work meets high creative and strategic standards. A deep experience in developing consumer and sports-focused programs, a genuine curiosity about culture and audiences, and a relentless drive for excellence are essential. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 9-12 years of agency experience, and a strong understanding of integrated agency teams. The role requires experience in developing programs around sports, entertainment, or other cultural passion points, as well as the ability to negotiate, manage, and activate partnerships and talent on behalf of brands. The ideal candidate will be a natural connector and collaborator, capable of inspiring teams, and will have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
