This is built for auditors who are good at what they do, but want more: more variety, more ownership, more control over their earning trajectory. This firm places its consultants directly into Fortune 500 finance and accounting organizations for high-impact engagements, so you'll keep the technical depth you've built while finally being treated — and paid — like the asset you are.

- Direct exposure to Fortune 500 clients and complex, high-visibility engagements such as IPO readiness, SOX compliance, M&A integration, carve-outs, restructuring, FP&A and system implementation
- A real path to advance, without the up-or-out politics
- Genuinely unlimited earning potential — including a guaranteed incentive bonus for your first two years, on top of base
- Based in the Washington DC Metro area, with easy access to major market clients
What we're looking for:
- Active CPA or actively pursuing
- Degree in Accounting xhyhwjd or Finance
- 4–7 years in public accounting, with at least 3 busy seasons
- Big 4 or regional firm background; a mix of public accounting and industry experience is fine
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you see this as building a career, not just taking a job
- A genuine drive to do more, earn more, and grow faster than a traditional firm allows
