Senior Technical Accountant, CPA

Owning complex accounting areas such as stock-based compensation and capitalized commissions, the full-time Senior Technical Accountant, CPA will ensure compliance with US GAAP, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage technical accounting areas, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and preparing month-end close activities Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, while driving process improvements Research and document accounting positions for complex transactions and partner with auditors for compliance and accuracy Required qualifications 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm Active CPA license and fluency in US GAAP Experience preparing financial statements for both private and public companies Proficiency with NetSuite and Workiva Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
