Facilities Manager

Supervise and maintain the condition and upkeep of existing sites Work on opening new sites within a given region, including materials purchasing and facility set-up Implement and execute plans to maintain and improve sites Ensure sites achieve long-term and short-range objectives Ensure properties and buildings are properly maintained and meet health and safety codes Secure contracted services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and utilities Work closely with site managers regarding repairs, maintenance, and other issues Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and equipment/furniture delivery companies Review feedback on contracted services and seek competitive bids to improve service and control costs Assist with and execute facility set-up at newly opened facilities Review utilities consumption and minimize costs Ensure the Mission, Vision, and Values are upheld throughout the region Perform other duties as assigned Travel as required Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience High School Diploma or equivalent experience (Required) Ability to read and interpret financial data and work order proposals Knowledge & skills with Microsoft products and general computer literacy Strong organizational skills Ability to function with a collaborative spirit Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good time management skills Ability to travel within assigned region on a daily basis Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in site supervision, facility management, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
