The Intersect Group
The Intersect Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support external financial reporting, SEC filings, and GAAP compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with accounting leadership, cross-functional partners, and external auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and timely reporting. Responsibilities include drafting sections of Form 10-K/10-Q, coordinating audits, researching US GAAP and SEC guidance, and supporting SOX controls and monthly management reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Intersect Group
