Position Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator will lead EH&S programs across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary EH&S resource for plant operations.
Partner with supervisors and employees to identify hazards and improve safe work practices.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.
Develop and deliver employee safety training programs.
Manage OSHA logs, training records, permits, and compliance documentation.
Support environmental compliance activities, including waste management and reporting.
Coordinate emergency response planning and preparedness activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications
3+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing, fabrication, metals, or other industrial environments.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, and safety programs.
Experience conducting audits, training employees, and implementing corrective actions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
OSHA certification preferred.
