Salary : $90,000 to $110,000 based on relevant experience. Bonuses available based on performance. Key KPI is renewal % for accounts under management.

Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of transportation insurance clients, including prospecting new business, conducting needs assessments, and preparing tailored coverage proposals. The Account Executive will maintain regular communication with clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate policy changes, and support renewals to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include collaborating with internal underwriting and service teams, tracking sales activity, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and agency management systems. The role also involves staying current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance and identify opportunities for client growth.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, experience working with transportation or logistics clients, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or retention goals.
