Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are looking for a committed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our organization in conducting medical evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process managed by the VA. This position entails performing focused, in-person physical examinations and electronically reviewing medical records to fulfill the necessary documentation for the VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans.
• Analyze and review electronic medical records through a secure online portal.
• Accurately document examination results and complete the required VA forms.
• Provide medical opinions based on assessment findings.

Note: This position does not involve treatment or medication prescriptions. Disability decisions are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the healthcare provider.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Location: In-person role.
• Caseload: 3-5 Veterans per day.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary documentation tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $110,000-$120,000 (based on experience).
