Job Details Registered Nurse - $85,000 (based on experience) Make a Difference. Build a Career. Change Lives. What You’ll Do Monitor and assess the health status of individuals served and maintain individualized healthcare plans. Administer nursing and medical services in compliance with Delaware nursing standards and agency policies. Coordinate medical appointments, hospital follow-up care, medication management, and emergency response services. Provide staff education and training related to medical and nursing care needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, medical records, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and program staff to ensure quality care delivery. Provide on‑call support, backup nursing coverage, and additional assistance as needed. What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Delaware required. Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred, ideally supporting individuals with cognitive or developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills required. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
