What You’ll Do:
Provide essential medical screening and direct care services, acting as a crucial link between behavioral and physical health for our clients.

• Conduct medical screenings and provide direct care services in collaboration with psychiatric providers, clinicians, and primary care physicians.
• Work as a key team member within the CCBHC to provide comprehensive, client-centered, evidence-based care.
• Interface and coordinate with key partners involved in the client’s care, including behavioral health professionals and social services.
• Contribute to innovative approaches in behavioral and population health management.

What You Bring:

• Licensure:  Current Massachusetts license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). A Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) is a plus.
• Experience:  Behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment experience is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of addiction recovery, harm reduction, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus:  Fluency in languages prevalent in Southeastern MA (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
• Requirements:  Ability to travel locally up to 30% of the time.
