Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology (US, East Coast)

Senior Clinical Research Associate position focused on oncology site management for a global CRO. Manages clinical research activities across participating sites, including study initiation, regulatory compliance, and site closeout activities, primarily remote with regional travel required.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical trial sites including site selection and startup activities
- Conduct study initiation visits and provide site training on data collection and safety reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance with informed consent and safety event reporting requirements
- Perform study maintenance oversight and closeout activities at trial conclusion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree
- Oncology experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- East Coast residency required; willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00 annually
