As a(n) Aerospace Quality Systems Specialist you will:

Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
Reviews and validates product nonconformance and disposition type quality procedures and engineering requirements.
Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products operations and processes to verify or validate compliance with Quality Management System requirements applicable company procedures contract requirements or government regulations.
Reviews production plans to ensure quality requirements are imbedded into the production plans.
Some positions may also be rotating shifts
Must be able to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification
Ensure Modification plans complete. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
1 years experience in having the ability to read understand and interpret basic engineering drawings and technical specifications
3 years experience in detecting hazardous working conditions and safety problems via a regular check of equipment and work area
3 Aircraft Maintenance Experience
3 Aircraft Repair Experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
3 years Quality Assurance
3 years experience in repair maintenance and retrofit processes and practices
Ability to read interpreting blueprints and drawings

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $40 per hour-$45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
