This is a full-time and on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of audio visual systems and equipment at client sites. Key responsibilities include conducting system testing, diagnosing technical issues, providing user training, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service. The role will also involve traveling to client locations and completing detailed service reports.

• Proficiency with hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance in AV systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for resolving system or equipment issues
• Experience in system testing, calibration, and safety compliance
• Basic understanding of networking and connectivity in integrated AV solutions
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
• Experience in the AV industry or certification from AVIXA (such as CTS) is highly desirable
