Job Title: Production Assembler

Pay:$19

Job Summary:

Responsible for repetitive, hands-on assembly of handcrafted products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Use hand and power tools at a workstation to build quality products while following standard procedures. This role is physically active and requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks following work instructions

• Safely use hand and power tools

• Meet quality and productivity standards

• Read basic instructions or blueprints

• Inspect parts and report defects

• Lift and move 35–50 lbs regularly

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Support team and cross-train as needed

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work on a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
