What You'll Do

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll partner with the Branch Manager to create an exceptional experience for both members and team members by:

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a talented branch team
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture
• Building lasting relationships with members while helping them achieve their financial goals
• Supporting branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Inspiring exceptional service through recognition, accountability, and teamwork
• Helping drive branch growth through member education and financial solutions
• Stepping into leadership responsibilities whenever needed to keep the branch operating at its best
