Industrial Electrician

City : Bellevue State : Ohio (US-OH) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 43524 A Day in the Life: The Bunge North America Bellevue, Ohio location is looking for a Plant Electrician for our processing/refinery plant. This position is responsible for electrical maintenance and repair of production equipment in a multi-purpose soybean processing facility. Position Details: Night shift; 4:45pm-5:00am (rotating 12-hour shifts) Must have availability to work weekends and overtime as required Pay: $35.81 - $40.44 What You’ll Be Doing: Repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot motor control and lighting systems Work with three phase motors: starter sizes, changing overloads & heaters, wiring terminations, phase rotations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair PLC main components familiarization, system troubleshooting, installation, and repair Interpret instrumentation schematics/symbols, installation, troubleshoot and repair Use HMI screens to troubleshoot and understand process controls AC motor / VFD theories: VFD sizing, control wiring, installation and configuration, parameter modifications, VFD troubleshooting and maintenance Install electrical conduit, cable trays, wiring, and electrical equipment Install small three phase transformers (sizing & wiring) Building emergency lighting battery UPS systems and inverter controls Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Understanding of industrial plant electric distribution systems & industrial plant control systems Basic understanding of the NFPA 70E and 70B Codes (safety and testing) Ability to run rigid and flex conduit in the field Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of related experience Associates degree and / or technical certification Working knowledge of Electrical Hazardous Area Classifications (Class I & Class II) Benefits: Health Benefits – Offering choices so you can enroll in medical, dental and vision plans that meet your individual needs. 401(k) Retirement Plan – Investing in your future with an automatic 5% company contribution AND matching up to 4% of your contributions.
