We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Billings, MT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality patient care in a post acute care setting.
Nurse Practitioner Job Summary:

  • Conduct daily rounds on patients in a post acute care environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Monitor and manage patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
