Registered Nurse Clinical Lead PICU

Operational Management: Optimizes unit productivity by coordinating staffing, managing resource allocation, and developing population-appropriate care assignments while justifying operational variances. Team Development & Oversight: Drives staff performance through proactive mentorship, education, and clinical evaluation, serving as a primary lead for resolving care complaints and maintaining quality standards. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
