This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.What You'll DoServe as a Scrum Master for Agile software development teams, promoting Scrum principles, values, and practicesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesTrack and communicate team metrics such as velocity, capacity, throughput, burn-up, and burn-down chartsCoach teams, stakeholders, and leadership on Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and Lean principlesSupport teams in backlog management, user story development, estimation practices, and sprint goal achievementFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementRemove impediments and facilitate conflict resolution to improve team effectivenessLead and support distributed and remote teams within a scaled Agile environmentHelp drive Agile maturity and support organizational Agile transformation initiativesWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldFirst-level Scrum Master certification (CSM)Experience in software development delivery and Agile team environmentsExperience serving in a dedicated Scrum Master roleKnowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworksExperience coaching teams on Scrum artifacts, user stories, estimation techniques, and Agile best practicesUnderstanding of Lean and Agile principles, tools, and techniquesExperience with backlog management, burn-down metrics, velocity tracking, and sprint reportingStrong facilitation, communication, mentoring, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skillsExperience leading distributed and remote teamsExperience working within scaled Agile environmentsExperience using Atlassian tools or similar Agile project management platformsPreferred:Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Agile toolsExperience leading Agile transformations and maturing Agile teamsSecond- or third-level Scrum Master certifications (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)Advanced knowledge of Lean and Agile coaching practicesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorEEO StatementIt is the policy of Computer Aid, Inc. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
