Substitute Receptionist (Lower & Upper School)

$15 per hour

Qualifying Characteristics:

Maintains Christian values, a bold believer, and enthusiastic
Upholds the image, mission, vision, and values of TPCS
Communicates and engages with staff, families, and guests in a Christ-like manner

Qualifications:

Experience working as a receptionist or in a school environment is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls
Greet all visitors and process their licenses through the Hall Pass system to ensure the safety of our students and staff
Document and review the attendance of students who are tardy, and check out students leaving the school with their guardians
Sign off on incoming packages and ensure they are distributed to the appropriate recipient
Assist the school nurse in the event she cannot be in the school
Assist and/or monitor students in the office if the principal is not available

This is an as-needed position ($15.00/hour).
