Front Desk Coordinator
A respected law firm in Carmel, IN, is seeking a professional Front Desk Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the front office, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Key responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office tasks through various tools. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technology, including Microsoft 365.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, professional Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage front office operations, handle inbound and outbound communications, and coordinate daily administrative tasks. You will utilize Microsoft 365 suite for desktop and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including mail distribution, document preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Comfortable with managing tasks, and supporting office workflows.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a credit check, given the handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable Microsoft 365 and comfortable with learning other systems as needed
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm (30 minute lunch) Starting hourly wage $22.00 hourly plus; competitive health and insurance and benefits.
