Job Description

Position Title: Maintenance Tech

Wage: $25/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (lathes, mills, and related equipment) to minimize downtime
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and facility equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or safety concerns and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
- Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Work closely with production teams to improve machine efficiency and reliability
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Support general facility maintenance as needed (lighting, HVAC, minor repairs, etc.)

Maintenance Tech Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Equipment used includes CNC machines, hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, multimeters, forklifts
- Overtime may be required, including weekends, based on production needs
- Adhere to dress code
