Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required prior to start. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Home health experience preferred. (Client preference: HH EXP PREFERRED) Ability to perform home health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document per agency and regulatory standards.
