UiPath & Agentic AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled specialist to design, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade UiPath automations and AI-powered workflows. Position Details

Work Arrangement: Remote
Location: Nashville, TN
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person Interview

Key Qualifications & Core Skills

1. UiPath & Core RPA Tech Stack

Platforms: UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, Action Center, AI Center, and Action Center.
Frameworks & Design: REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns.

2. Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

AI Tools: UiPath Autopilot, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
Advanced AI Concepts: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Intelligent Workflows: Human-in-the-loop workflows, OCR, and automated unstructured data processing.

3. Software Development & Integration

Languages: C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Databases, and Cloud Platforms.
Security & Compliance: Secure automation practices, enterprise authentication, and auditability standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement autonomous, AI-driven agents capable of contextual reasoning and multi-step task orchestration.
Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for complex business processes.
Create reusable components, manage exception handling, and monitor bot performance.
Integrate AI models into automation workflows within established governance controls.
