Job Title: RPA Business Analyst
Location: Remote role
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:
- Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
- 4+ years' experience with Automation (RPA ideal)
- Experience working with RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals like as-is path and bot-path.
- Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
- Business process management and modeling.
- Experience in IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) Lead in business interactions.
- Experience in Intelligent Automation, including RPA, Generative AI and Agentic AI (UiPath or other platforms) is preferred.
- Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals is preferred.
- Experience working in Healthcare industry is preferred.
