Pay Range: $29-$49 per hour, depending on experience Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Why you should apply to be Billing Supervisor:

What’s a typical day as Billing Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Managing assigned accounts daily, with consistent follow-up on processing and reconciling claims
• Processing billing to payers for assigned accounts
• Investigating denials and resolving claims for payment
• Maintaining account receivable spreadsheets and balances
• Collaborating with internal departments and outside agencies to resolve billing issues
• Reporting payer-related issues and providing analysis of software performance to leadership
• Ensuring all billing procedures and confidentiality protocols are followed
• Supporting the Fiscal Intermediary and PCA Programs, and reporting incidents as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree (experience considered in lieu of)
• Have supervisory experience (supervising up to 20 direct reports)
• Bring strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills and are very detail oriented
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
• Have experience with claims billing, reconciliation, and web-based billing portals
• Can handle large volumes of data and have a willingness to learn new information daily
