Our services include both: On-demand (as-needed) IT support Managed IT for small business clients (1-100 employees) We are locally owned and operated, and our team takes pride in delivering white-glove service in every interaction. Our clients come to us frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck. We fix the problem — and make them feel calm again. This is not a remote role. The Role We’re hiring a Senior IT Technician with 5+ years of hands‑on experience across hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments. Start and end each day in our Bellevue office Handle in-store, on-site, and remote appointments Diagnose issues independently Present 1–2 solution options (with your recommendation) Provide time estimates or simple scopes for larger projects Execute the work Demonstrate completion and ensure client satisfaction 95% of your work will be on-demand IT services (not back-end MSP ticket work). Expect variety Data recovery Malware remediation & hacked remediation Microsoft 365 setup & migrations DNS updates (MX, SPF, DKIM) Network troubleshooting & installs Office setups & moves Custom workstation builds What You Need 5+ years hands‑on IT support experience Strong Windows & macOS troubleshooting skills Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN basics) Microsoft 365 admin experience Experience configuring routers, firewalls, and access points Strong in‑person communication skills Valid driver’s license You should be comfortable walking into unfamiliar environments (business and residential), diagnosing confidently, and communicating clearly.
