Esarey Construction is looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Construction Professional to join our growing sales team. This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales job. This is a consultative role for someone who can build trust, communicate with confidence, and guide homeowners through one of the most important investments they will make in their home.

At Esarey Construction, our Construction Professionals are the face of the company in the home. You will meet with homeowners, listen to their goals, walk their space, gather project details, help shape the vision, and lead them through a professional sales process designed to create clarity, confidence, and excitement. We are not looking for someone who just wants to “sell.” We are looking for someone who knows how to serve, connect, lead a conversation, and represent our company with excellence.

Our team follows a structured process that includes strong communication from the first appointment through the final proposal. That means first impressions matter, listening matters, preparation matters, and follow-up matters. The right person for this role will be professional, organized, coachable, positive, and excited about helping homeowners bring their projects to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Build strong rapport and create a great first impression
• Listen carefully and uncover the client’s goals, concerns, and vision
• Take notes, measurements, photos, and project details
• Create basic concept sketches and help prepare information for estimating
• Communicate project value with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Guide homeowners through our sales process from first meeting to proposal presentation
• Maintain strong communication between meetings
• Use our CRM to keep information organized and accurate
• Help homeowners feel confident, informed, and excited about choosing Esarey Construction
