Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is hiring aProduction Team Leadfor a manufacturing company in Cranston, RI. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who canwork alongside a production team, help keep work on schedule, and make sure quality and procedures are followed. Location: Cranston, RI Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–Midnight Pay: $20 - $25 Shift: 2nd Shift What You'll Do Lead and support the production team during the shift Help organize daily work and keep production on schedule Work hands-on with assembly and basic machine operation Help train and support team members Monitor quality and make sure production procedures are followed Communicate production issues and concerns to management Help troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area Lead by example and support a positive team environment What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience required Team Lead, Lead, or supervisory experience preferred Hands-on experience with machinery, assembly or production equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to train and support team members Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment Apply today.
