Job Summary Lockheed Martin’s Contracts team is seeking a Senior Contracts Management professional with passion and detail‑oriented problem‑solving skills to support the Applied Research (AR), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD AP), and Tactical Missile Advanced Programs (TMAP) product areas in Dallas, Texas. Key Responsibilities Support proposal preparation, negotiations, contract administration, guidance, and contract closeout. Review and evaluate customer requests for proposals/information or revisions to contracts. Assist with the preparation of proposals, development and review of briefing packages, fact finding, and negotiations. Assist with creation and execution of multiple Intra‑Lockheed Martin Work Transfer Agreements (IWTAs). Provide risk assessments and alternative contractual approaches to mitigate risks, including alternative language/clauses. Investigate and reconcile significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, schedules, etc., and advise management of contractual rights and responsibilities. Handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Act as primary contact with the U.S. Government contracting officer and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) administrative contracting officer. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience with Microsoft Office. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in teams. Multi‑tasking ability. Problem‑solving strength. Ability to perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Good customer service skills. Analytical skills with Excel‑based spreadsheets. Contracts experience. FAR/DFAR experience. Experience with CPFF/FFP contract types. Willingness and ability to travel to support program needs. Desired Skills Emerging leadership skills. Experience with proposal writing. Financial or legal background. Self‑starter with an aptitude for learning. Experience in contracting with the U.S. Government. Commercial sales experience. Development and R&D contracting experience. Knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Experience with eVMs. Data‑right knowledge. Experience with IWTAs.
