Recruitment Intern

Talent Access Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

  • University degree of Bachelor or above;
  • Good in both oral and written English; good in Chinese is a plus
  • Proficient in the usage of office, Word, Excel;
  • Good communication & coordination skills;
  • Good planning and organization skills; Self-motivated and proactive;
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, be independent to deliver work results · Support and assist to implement recruiting strategies which include coordinating advertisements, CV collecting & screening, interview
  • Intern Recruitment Communicate with line managers on the department’s hiring needs and timeline; Post intern positions on recruitment channels
  • Independently manage the internship program under the supervision of Recruitment Manager
  • Assist to arrange interviews for Department Managers and Management;
  • Assist to complete and submit weekly recruitment report/mapping list as required;
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
