Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Arizona
• NBCOT certification required
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team care models
• Experience with a diverse patient population across varying diagnoses
