Cenla RV Center is hiring a Service Advisor to join our family-owned dealership in Alexandria. If you love helping people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you
What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their RV Service needs, and gather detailed information about those needs
- Write clear, comprehensive repair orders and clearly explain costs and timelines.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with our talented service technicians to ensure customer's service needs are met, and end result is nothing short of customer complete satisfaction
- Deliver that warm Cenla RV hospitality every single time.
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience. Automotive/RV experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple things at once
- Must be reliable, positive, and a team player.
