Store Manager Job Description We are looking for an experienced and skilled store manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail. Our store manager candidates need to have a minimum of two years of Retail experience. Drive store sales by ensuring all customers are acknowledged , projects are met, and concerns are resolved "Quickly". The responsibilities of a store manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust. Develope retail staff with goals for growth and success in their positions, provide performance feedback and recognize accomplishments. Coordinate the overall supervision of the retail staff to ensure sales performance goals are met. Monitor inventory to reduce shrinkage, maintain proper stock levels and ensure accuacy. Direct inventory shipping, reciving and inventory flow for he store.
