Overview Keith Novy DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator in West Lake Hills, TX! Join Our Friendly General Dentistry Practice We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing general dentistry practice. Whether you have prior dental experience or are looking to build a career in the dental field, we welcome candidates who are organized, professional, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
- Organizing and helping with claims
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
- Dental office experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
