Full Time Los Angeles, CA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 5045 Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Salary Range: 120k-150k What You’ll Be Responsible For: Partner with the VP of Merchandising to create and implement seasonal line plan by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies Gather and analyze sell through hindsighting from global cross-functional partners Develop price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the women’s line Identify key items and growth opportunities by category and style Establish wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price value Edit line with Design to build a balanced assortment covering global market needs and Design’s vision Guide bulk buy process to communicate Design’s vision and ensure it reflects business strategy and hits production timeline Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share Assist the Merchandising team with the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies Assist in the development of price tiers and pricing architecture Work in partnership with the head of Merchandising to build balanced lines for Women’s Main line and MFO channels, based on empirical data and sales analyses Collaborate with head of Merchandising to develop analytical models, systems, and processes to manage, measure, and evaluate retail (& wholesale) performance Partner closely with planning team to track seasonal sales orders ensuring optimal procurement levels Analyzes historical data, current business trends, and management insight to develop accurate class financial forecasts Develops pre-season assortment plans that tie back to the monthly procurement targets and financial budget plans Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required to support the Merchandising department Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree Must have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant merchandising experience Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Must have strong business acumen with ability to think strategically Must have exceptional analytical skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team Strong knowledge of trends and competitive market are essential to success in this position Benefits at Vince: Robust healthcare options for medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and health savings account with employer funding 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plans for vacation, sick, and personal, volunteer time, as well as company holidays Hybrid and flexible work options available for roles that can be done remotely Clothing allowance & merchandise discounts $400 annual gym reimbursement Monthly data/phone stipend for eligible roles Mental health support tools and telehealth psychology and psychiatry Family and caregiving benefits including a competitive paid parental leave program as well as supplemental infertility coverage Life, accidental death & dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Supplemental hospital indemnity, specified disease, and accident coverage Pre-tax commuter benefits including transit and parking Discounted pet, home & auto, and legal insurance V Opco, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant or employee because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, age, or military or veteran status or any other status protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
