Senior Manager, Public Relations & Partnerships Reports To: Head of Brand & Creative Location: Glendale, CA – Hybrid Lead public relations, strategic partnerships, media relations, and brand experiences for a leading luxury brand. This senior leader will partner closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to build cultural relevance, increase brand visibility, develop high-value partnerships, and execute integrated communications strategies across key brand moments. Responsibilities Lead PR strategy, media relations, and brand storytelling Develop and negotiate strategic brand partnerships and collaborations Manage PR agencies, external partners, budgets, and performance Build relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, tastemakers, and media partners Lead PR strategy for launches, events, and brand experiences Partner across Brand, Creative, Growth, Retail, Sales, and Merchandising Develop integrated communications plans that support brand and business objectives Requirements 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, partnerships, or integrated marketing Experience within luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or a culturally driven consumer brand Strong media relationships and understanding of the earned media landscape Proven experience developing and executing brand partnerships Experience independently managing PR agencies and external partners Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Commercially minded with strong cultural awareness Confident working with senior leadership, media, talent, and external partners Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with significant ownership Company Information Our client is an established luxury brand with a strong focus on craftsmanship, design, storytelling, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
