The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and media-savvy Senior Account Executive to join our Los Angeles office.

This is an ideal role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, consumer brands, and lifestyle culture—and who follows what's happening across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and emerging platforms as naturally as they read the news.

You'll support integrated communications campaigns spanning earned media, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, and special events while working alongside an experienced team that represents some of the industry's most exciting brands.

This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles .

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day management of hospitality, consumer, and lifestyle accounts.
• Develop media lists, pitch story ideas, and build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and content creators.
• Research, identify, and manage influencer partnerships across all major social platforms.
• Stay on top of social media trends, emerging creators, platform updates, and viral moments to identify opportunities for clients.
• Assist with campaign planning, product launches, openings, events, and media activations.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing materials, award submissions, client reports, and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and social conversations while preparing thoughtful client recaps and reporting.
• Coordinate product mailings, influencer gifting, and media experiences.
• Help manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables across multiple accounts.
• Collaborate with colleagues across PR, social, influencer, creative, and events to execute integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in public relations, communications, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, food, beverage, consumer products, and lifestyle brands.
• Experience working with influencers and creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of how each social platform works and how brands should communicate differently across channels.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Familiarity with media databases, influencer tools, and social listening platforms is a plus.
