Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Boston, MA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is expanding its Boston, MA hub for OTR team Hazmat dry van services.
Duties:
- Run Hazmat-certified team routes nationwide
- Maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance
- Complete thorough inspections and logs
What You’ll Gain:
- 77¢/mile split plus 2¢/mile on Hazmat freight
- Weekly averages of 5,000 miles with performance bonuses
- Late-model trucks with APU, inverter, sleeper
Ideal candidates hold a CDL A with Hazmat endorsement and 12 months’ experience. Benefit from biweekly home time, in-house maintenance, full health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k).
